Today's Prescription: July Wedding Update

Happy Wedding Wednesday boos and baes! I’m back with another update, and this one is super exciting because we are exactly one month away from saying I Do! So much has been going on, I have my first bridal shower two weeks ago, and I just got back from my bach trip in Tennessee. I’ve been having a ball, and I’m taking it all in.

Wedding Day

We are good to go for the most part! I finalized wedding decor with our florist, and I’m so relieved to have everything finalized. We’re currently choosing our song list for the DJ, and your girl cannot wait to jam with my hubby. 90s R&B me please. Other than that, everything has been finalized and taken care of.

Bridal Shower

My sister hosted my first COVID-safe bridal shower a couple of weeks ago. It was mostly my mom’s friends, but it was such a great time. It was beautiful to hear the advice from all of the married women in the room. Also, the gifts were bomb, I can’t wait to use that air fryer! To view pics, click here.

Bach Trip

If I’m being honest, I didn’t think I would have a bach trip. My bridesmaids were originally set to travel to Puerto Rico, but we decided against it once the virus hit. We chose to go to Pigeon Forge instead, and I had such a great time! My girls did such a great job-from the decor to the activities, I wish I was still there. I can’t thank them enough! If you haven’t been to Pigeon Forge, please go! You’ll enjoy it.
