Today's Prescription: Mixed Prints Monday + Where to Shop for Mixing Prints

Happy Monday and December boos and baes! I can’t believe we are in the last month of 2019, honey, it just flew by!

I’m finally back with another #mixedprintsmonday post. I love to mix prints because it’s a way for me to bring together my two favorite things- prints and color. It allows me to be creative with my looks, express my creativity, and stand out. I really love when mixing prints goes perfectly, and what may not completely match, can come together to create the most unique look.

For today’s post, I’m sharing some of my favorite places to shop for mixed prints.

1. ASOS: ASOS is the print mixer’s dream online retailer. I’ve gotten so many mixed print pieces from them, that I don’t have to do much when it come to styling. In today’s post, I’m wearing a Liquorish satin maxi dress from ASOS that you can find here. When searching for bold prints on this site, I’d recommend you type in “abstract,” “Liquorish,” and “Monki.”

2. H&M: H&M is a go-to for shopping mixed print pieces because they have a lot of separate pieces that can be mixed and matched. I also love the fact that they have your classic prints-leopard, polka dot, stripes always in stock, and for an affordable price. Another tip with H&M, be sure to keep an eye out for their designer collabs and collections for more unique prints. The Richard Allan x H&M collection was prints galore.

3. Boohoo: Boohoo is a combination of ASOS and H&M when it comes to prints. Though they have more of your classic prints as mentioned above, they also have wardrobe pieces that have mixed prints and bright colors already in them, so you don’t have to do much but throw on a bright color shoe. Also, Boohoo is a little more affordable. Here’s two printed pieces from Boohoo that I’m currently crushing on here and here.
