Today's Prescription: The Yellow Sweater
Happy Monday loves! We've made it through the first week of 2018, and yesterday was the first Sunday of the new year and I really enjoyed church service today. Pastor preached about our gifts creating opportunities for us, but we have to be mentally, emotionally, and morally mature to go where God wants to take us. Listen ya'll, that was a serious teaching moment, and much needed. It is just amazing how the Word comes right on time and just hits you. I'm seriously going to miss my church once I move, but thank God for live stream and the church app lol.
As I've told ya'll before, I love a good chunky sweater, and Romwe is killing the sweater game right now! This yellow sweater here is perfect-bright and bold with a cute detail on the sleeve. You would think that I would go for a dark, toned down bottoms, but no. I paired my top with a striped skirt from H&M, that gives me major fall vibes. To finish the look off, I paired it with my nude OTK boots and tassel earrings also from H&M. Now, I know this look isn't ideal for current weather conditions, but you could get away with it for a dinner date or some time out with the girls. Just throw on a jacket to keep warm and slay.
