Today's Prescription:Velvet for V-Day

Happy Monday loves! I hope ya'll enjoyed your weekend, whether you watched the Super Bowl or took an unplanned nap like I did. I usually watch the game with my family, but I didn't make it home this weekend. Sad face. My weekend was pretty normal, I went shopping and thrifting and got five skirts for $40! I really need to stop, but I just cannot help myself!

Valentine's Day is quickly approaching and I wanted to give some inspiration to all of my glam game changers out there. I currently don't have any V-Day plans, but I can dress like it. I would probably wear this to a fancy dinner date, or a night out with friends in a place where you can sit, like a lounge. Do not wear this scarf to the club, you're asking for trouble haha!

Velvet is literally everywhere and I have fallen for the trend. I purchased this dress from Shein and it's still in stock for only $13! You're welcome. I'm also in love with these faux fur scarves that can be thrown over any outfit to make you look like that boujie aunt with no kids lol! I kept it simple and paired this look with my new perspex heels from Public Desire which are now on sale for $20! Look at God! Again, thank me later.
