Today's Prescription: How To Style a Tulle Skirt Street Style

Happy Wednesday babes and babettes! Today, Blue (my dog), and I will be returning to my apartment to prepare for a busy week, and school. Le sigh, but no need to complain when you're just trying to reach your dreams! I have really enjoyed the time I've spent with my family over the holidays, but it's time to get to work. How have ya'll bounced back from the holidays?

Tulle skirts are one of my favorite wardrobe pieces, I've even made my own tulle skirt that you can view here. I picked this skirt up from Rue21 on a random, unplanned shopping trip, and it was on sale for $3!! This cropped turtleneck is from none other than Forever 21. I really got lucky with both of these pieces.

When it comes to styling a tulle skirt, there is no wrong way to do it, I don't care what anyone says. A tulle skirt is that one versatile piece that's made for the laid back chick, or the most glamorous girl in the room. Pair it with a graphic tee and some sneakers for a comfy, relaxed look, or grab a pair of pumps along with a chic sweater, or sequin top if you're going for elegance. Of course, I let the southern girl in me come out and combined this look with my OG booties from Love Culture. Yes, invest in your wardrobe, but shop your closet first to get your creative juices going.
