Today's Prescription: Pink's Pla

Another day closer to Christmas, yay! Yesterday I indulged a little in my candle addiction and purchased five new candles at Bath & Body Works for their $8.50 sale. I was too excited, and ya'll know I love a good deal. I'm seriously in the holiday spirit right now, studying for finals while blasting Christmas music. My favorite song is "Let it Snow" by Boyz II Men, I can listen to it all day. With me being so deep in the Christmas season, I thought it be appropriate to start the week off with a look perfect for a day at work or even a holiday party.

Red and pink are my two favorite colors. Pink represents my soft, girly side, and red represents the daring, sassy side. So when given the chance to pair the two, you better believe I took advantage of the opportunity. I have this beautiful relationship with a-line skirts and a crazy obsession with all things plaid. I found this top from a thrift store account on Instagram, (@cygnetcouture). They have some cute, unique pieces that I really fell in love with. My skirt came from one of my ride or dies, Shein. It's a little longer than what I am used to, but I am only 5 feet tall, so it may just be me. However, it has pockets, so I'm quite content.
