Today's Prescription: Staple Accessories

Happy Friday fabulistas! I am so glad that it is Friday, yes I say this every weekend. This week, as I always say, has been a long one, but I’m grateful to have been able to see it. Fall is here, and I’m super ready for the weather here to catch up with the season. I’m super excited for sweaters, booties, and dark lippies. What do you love about Fall?

So if you know me, you know that I’m all about wearing what’s already in my closet until it’s raggedy, and this can be done if you take care of your wardrobe pieces. My white Converse are everything, and can easily replace a pair of heels when I want to be cute, but don’t feel like killing my feet. I really should get some more clutches, but I always gravitate towards this black one that I purchased from the thrift store. My black fedora is something that I throw on as a last minute accessory through trial and error that may or may not end up working out.

Lesson of the day: wear your pieces, maximize what’s already in your wardrobe, and create new looks with what you already have. Staple pieces such as these will definitely make your outfit.
